Yes, completely free, with no hard sell. We give you a written quote and follow up once and that's it. Most of our customers compare a few quotes; we're happy to be one of them.

Yes. We carry full public liability and employer's liability insurance. We're happy to email a copy of the certificate before any work starts. Just ask.

All workmanship, meaning if something goes wrong because of how we fitted it, we come back and put it right at no cost, for 10 years. Materials are covered separately by the manufacturer's warranty.

Our core area is Surrey, Guildford, Woking and surrounding villages. We can occasionally take jobs further afield, but it's best to call and check.

For repairs, no. You pay on completion once you're happy. For larger jobs we ask for a materials deposit once the job is booked, then the balance on completion.
